As a mother of two young girls, Ericka’s passion for baking began with a simple yet meaningful desire: to make sure her daughters always had a special, homemade birthday cake crafted with love. She wanted them to grow up cherishing the memory of their mom baking for them on their big day. This personal tradition became the foundation for her business, as Ericka realized that everyone deserves the joy of a homemade cake filled with care and warmth.
