Terms & Conditions

PLEASE REVIEW OUR CAKE ORDER POLICY FOR A SMOOTH CAKE EXPERIENCE

Order Placement​

  • Custom Orders: Place custom cake orders a minimum of 2 weeks in advance. Rush orders will incur a fee of $25 and depend on availability.

  • Standard Cakes, Cupcakes, and Cookies: For ready-made cakes, standard cupcakes, and cookies, please order at least 3 days in advance.

Retainer & Payment

  • A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your order. This retainer will go toward your total balance. Retainers are non-refundable.

  • The remaining balance is due 1 week before the pickup/delivery date. For last-minute orders, full payment is required upfront.

Design & Changes

  • Design changes can be requested up to 5 days before your pickup/delivery date. After this time, changes may not be possible.

  • Inspiration photos are welcome, but exact replicas of other baker's work will not be guaranteed.

Allergies & Special Requests

  • While we take great care in preparing your cakes, our kitchen is not allergen-free. Please inform us of any allergies when placing your order.

  • Special dietary requests (e.g., gluten-free, vegan) may be accommodated with sufficient notice.

Pickup & Delivery

  • Pickup: Cakes can be picked up. Pick Up address will be provided with a paid order. Please ensure your vehicle is clean and level for safe transport. 

  • Delivery: Delivery is available for an additional flat fee of $15.00. Please provide a complete address and contact information. 

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the scheduled date to receive a partial refund (minus the retainer). Cancellations made after this time will not be refunded.

Liability

  • Once the cake is picked up or delivered, we are not responsible for any damage caused by improper handling or storage. Detailed storage instructions will be provided.

Photography & Marketing

  • We reserve the right to photograph our creations and use them for marketing purposes.
