Do yourself a favor and order more cake than you think you will need. This was the best wedding cake I’ve ever had and I only got one bite! I thought we would have some to take home, but it was all gone! More than one of our guests told me they had two or three slices because it was so tasty. But wait, there is more. I planned a wedding in less than 2 months. One of the first and best decisions I made was booking [Butter Baked Cookies + Cakes]. It was difficult deciding on flavors due to the wide variety of flavors offered. After tasting four varieties, we decided to go with Lemon Velvet and Strawberry Shortcake. Let me tell you, our guests are still raving about how delicious the cake was. It tasted as good as it looked. The Lemon Velvet was luscious and and creamy with the perfect amount of citrus and sweetness. The Strawberry Shortcake moist and light. The freshness of the strawberries paired well with the icing. We are counting down the days to our anniversary to have more cake.
